HR Analyst

This role resides on Arrow’s team of HR generalists that supports the Americas. As the HR Analyst, you will partner closely with all HR generalists to provide standardized, consistent solutions that support client needs. This exciting, newly added role will drive strong customer service through best-in-class HR service.
Principal Accountabilities
- Responsible for the management and fulfillment of requests submitted to the Americas’ HR Generalist team in a centralized and standardized manner
- Responsible for identifying what process or reporting solutions will fulfill a client need
- Assist with the development of standardized, consistent approaches to HR program delivery to clients, in partnership with the HR generalists
- Experience handling confidential data by following security/confidentiality standards
- Provide basic reporting level support on ad hoc projects or requests
- Promote self-service reporting functionality with end users
- Monitor work output to offer recommendations for better practices
- Identify opportunities to ensure integrity of HRIS data through development of audit reports, troubleshoot irregularities, and communicate to other HR teams as needed to correct discrepancies
- Identify opportunities to reduce cycle times and increase efficiencies
- Responsible for publication of recurring reports and presentations (monthly, quarterly, etc.) to the business

Experience & Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources required
- 2+ years supporting an HR organization on reporting and HR program solutions
- Advanced experience in Microsoft Excel and the ability to furnish succinct, easy-to-read reports that deliver on organization needs
- Solid understanding of large HR organizations, in addition to an HR generalist’s role in adding value
