You have helped build an employer brand and work every day to live and spread that brand. You are keenly aware of what’s important to the new and emerging pool of talent to include millennials and gig workers, and you know how to deliver an outstanding candidate experience. You know and love the Denver/Boulder market and can help make Alchemer a hub for great talent. You are not afraid to shake up the status quo – in fact, it’s what gets you up every day.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in developing and implementing the overall Talent Acquisition strategy, that may include building and managing a team
  • Partner with Marketing as a steward and advocate for Alchemer’s employment brand, to build and educate our market on the experience of working at Alchemer

  • Continuously innovate by identifying and embracing market trends, tools and technologies
  • Regularly seek to improve and streamline processes and metrics to measure your team’s success

 Skills and Qualifications:

  • A high energy, results-oriented, and experienced leader who understands the growth mode- that you need to be strategic AND tactical, structured AND flexible
  • Willing and able to roll your sleeves up when needed, while keeping an eye toward the strategic operations and planning
  • Proven success building and managing a full cycle process from leading strategic staffing and recruiting strategy discussions, to executing those strategies, including onboarding of new hires
  • Known for partnering with department heads to understand and achieve their headcount targets, continually aligning recruiting objectives with changing business objectives
  • Experience in a high-growth environment and understand (and welcome!) the challenges and opportunities ahead
  • Experience rolling out HR initiatives, including new process and procedure
  • A customer service mindset and positive, approachable demeanor
  • Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality and exercise professional judgment and discretion

Compensation for this position includes an annual base salary of $90,000 to $120,000, eligibility for an annual bonus, and participation in the Founder’s Pool program.
