WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Be a leader and advisor in all things HR as our organization moves into its next phase of growth, keeping us competitive with the industry and looking forward
- Advise our leadership on big-picture topics like organizational design, restructuring and change management
- Make sure we have a roster of diverse, high-caliber talent through creative recruitment, talent acquisition and staffing
- Oversee the employee lifecycle, from new hire to termination (maybe you’ll help us come up with a more positive word than “termination”!)
- Keep our staff challenged and happy by establishing a performance management program and learning/development offerings
- Handle internal communications regarding HR policies and initiatives
- Establish a feedback process for team members to share ideas about our employee services, and conduct surveys to understand their needs and concerns
HERE’S WHO YOU ARE
- An HR leader with 10+ years of experience, including 2+ in a senior leadership role, ideally with experience in an energetic startup environment
- A decision maker who can take action and make change
- A gold-medal communicator who easily builds relationships, rapport and trust with all types of people at all levels of the organization
- An entrepreneurial spirit with a knack for big ideas and organizational planning
- An analytical mind who can use data to make strategic and talent decisions
