ABOUT THE ROLE
As we expand, we need a dynamic Head of People and Culture to make sure our team is top-notch and well cared for.
 
You’ll work in partnership with our President and leadership to oversee all facets of HR and talent.
 
The role is based in our Denver HQ. 

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Be a leader and advisor in all things HR as our organization moves into its next phase of growth, keeping us competitive with the industry and looking forward
  •  Advise our leadership on big-picture topics like organizational design, restructuring and change management
  •  Make sure we have a roster of diverse, high-caliber talent through creative recruitment, talent acquisition and staffing
  •  Oversee the employee lifecycle, from new hire to termination (maybe you’ll help us come up with a more positive word than “termination”!) 
  •  Keep our staff challenged and happy by establishing a performance management program and learning/development offerings
  •  Handle internal communications regarding HR policies and initiatives
  •  Establish a feedback process for team members to share ideas about our employee services, and conduct surveys to understand their needs and concerns

HERE’S WHO YOU ARE

  • An HR leader with 10+ years of experience, including 2+ in a senior leadership role, ideally with experience in an energetic startup environment
  •  A decision maker who can take action and make change
  •  A gold-medal communicator who easily builds relationships, rapport and trust with all types of people at all levels of the organization
  •  An entrepreneurial spirit with a knack for big ideas and organizational planning
  • An analytical mind who can use data to make strategic and talent decisions
