Using the Zoom platform the in-house TA team works hard to deliver global remote recruiting to all business units, from tech to revenue to corporate. Zoom’s Global Head of Talent Acquisition will be a leader and strategist who partners with peers across the People Experience (PX) and business Leadership Teams to deliver the best and brightest talent. In this role, you will lead a global team of Recruitment Partners, Talent Branding, Talent Operations and Data Analytics.
You will be responsible for empowering your team to translate the needs of the business and delivering business outcomes in line with Zooms mission and goals. You will do this by demonstrating imagination, innovation, determination, and pace.
You will have the ability to work in an agile environment, understanding the needs of different markets, and departments particularly technology, sales, marketing & product and ensuring that our talent acquisition strategy, resourcing models and approaches are poised to pivot and adapt to ensure we successfully recruit and retain top talent.
In this role, you will…..
Establish relationships with Zooms Executive Leadership Team
Develop a Talent Acquisition Strategy in partnership with your team, the business, and the People Experience team, which is scalable and in tune with the relevant markets
Create inclusive talent acquisition strategies, having a focus on Diversity & Inclusion across all our roles and markets
Bring expertise and fresh ideas from the Tech/Communications industry, with a heightened awareness of competition & strategy
Participate in our global expansion discussions, bringing a talent and recruitment perspective to the table
Review and streamline processes and tools - embrace lean operations and drive continuous improvement
We hire talent regardless of location - you will need to ensure Zoom stays ahead of the curve, in a remote, distributed environment
Be accountable for our ATS (Workday), ensuring we don't compromise on data quality, process flow and compliance
Build business cases for investment in tools, marketing, or resources based on a talent acquisition strategy and ROI
Leverage recruitment analytics to provide our business with real-time insight
Build an attractive global employer brand proposition by leading our employer brand team
Drive vendor management relationship
Lead, motivate & line manage your team to deliver against their objectives
We are looking for a leader with:
12+ years in TA leadership role within a fast-paced, scaling tech environment, ideally with a global footprint
Experience in growing a company from 5,000+ to 10,000+
Ability to lead, motivate and develop a diverse global team
Demonstrated success as a true talent ambassador to the business.
Strategic mindset, with an ability to develop a robust recruitment strategy, in an agile fast-paced environment.
Deep strength in stakeholder management, building positive and collaborative relationships at all levels of the organisation
An innovator – someone who will push the boundaries and look for new imaginative strategies and approaches to ensure we reach and acquire the best talent.
Well-developed analytical skills, using data to drive planning, execution and decision making and the ability to bring structure and clarity to a complex landscape
Experience working with Workday would be an advantage.
