Group Leader, Global Employee Relations - Denver, CO

You will support the designing and implementing an employee relations strategy focused on alignment to Western Union's core values. This role reports to the Chief Diversity and Talent Officer and oversees a global team of Employee Relations investigators. In addition, you will also develop and maintain a close partnership with Human Resources, the Employment Law Group, and the Ethics Office. Assume operational oversight and lead an internal global team of ER investigators and advisors. You are conducting high internal complex and executive-level investigations.

For such a critical role, a bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. 8+ years of HR experience with an emphasis in Employee Relations, investigations and/or employment law. Proven skilled in data analytics and HRIS platforms such as Navex and ServiceNow preferred. You have a demonstrated track record of assessing situations and creating innovative solutions. Knowledge of applicable local laws and jurisdictions and ability to exercise resourcefulness to find legal advisement. Ability to partner with HR, Employment Law and the Ethics Office and maintain interaction models. Exhibited ability to partner with and influence leaders up to an Executive level

The on-target earnings range is $154,980. - $206,640. which includes a base salary of $ 110,700. $ 147,600 short-term (20% of base) and long-term (20% of base) incentives align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident, and life insurance, flexible time off, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
