Global Benefits Manager

This role is part of the Total Rewards team that knows that a total portfolio of compensation and benefits aligned to the business will drive attraction and retention of industry-leading talent. This is completed through interaction, understanding, review and recommendation or process improvements that will better prepare the organization for scale and growth.

Your Contribution:

  • Lead all aspects of the company’s benefits programs and strategy including health & welfare, retirement plans , paid time off, and disability plans ensuring our plans align with company values and will help to attract, engage and retain top talent for the organization.
  • Act as the benefits subject matter expert to craft and deploy competitive benefits globally. Establish collaborative internal partnerships while providing expertise and guidance around the design and execution of global or local programs in regions.
  • Maintain in depth understanding of global benefits landscape and provide expertise in both technical aspects of benefit plan administration and market trends.
  • Administer annual renewal benefit plan changes while ensuring compliance with all applicable country, state/territory and other regulations.
  • Lead US Open Enrollment process and other OE projects as assigned
  • Maintain and improve operational excellence and efficiency in all global regions through process documentation, controls and strong vendor management
  • Lead daily activities around troubleshooting data, file failures, employee questions via Slack and email, and general issue resolution.
  • Coordinate and manage global leave management program including crafting and documenting policies
  • Manage global benefit programs such as EAP, wellness programs, and benefit communication strategy and content across all counties
  • Maintain employee benefit records with accuracy and confidentiality

Key Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of deep knowledge of benefit program design, management and communications - practical experience managing benefits in multiple countries
  • Expert analytical skills in understanding how to decompose problems into logical data sets and using GoogleSheets/Excel skills to model solutions
  • Effective verbal communication skills that include presentations, facilitation and 1:1 interactions that led with empathy
  • Strong problem-solving skills that are grounded in collaboration with others
  • Relationship and ally builder extraordinaire! You build relationships with various leaders across the organization as core approach to doing your job
  • Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and solid sense of urgency
  • Self-directed and proactive with the ability to multitask and prioritize

Preferable Skills:

  • Global benefits knowledge
  • CEBS or CCP certification a strong plus
  • Workday System experience
  • Experience in a startup - comfort with ambiguity and non-stop problem solving, building, and action

Colorado Salary Range: $111,500 - $131,000/yr
