We're looking for a Full Cycle Recruiter to help us meet our ambitious headcount growth goals, while maintaining impeccable hiring standards and ensuring fit with Bonusly’s unique, empowering, and amazing work culture. You’ll be responsible for owning, maintaining, and improving our recruiting processes and systems, as well as sourcing candidates, reporting on pipeline metrics, and keeping recruiting documentation and training programs up-to-date. Collaborating with hiring managers, People Operations, and Marketing, you’ll help us grow Bonusly’s employer brand and act as an ambassador to candidates and external agencies. This role reports directly to the Head of People Operations, and will play a critical role in building out the Recruiting department going forward.

As the first hire in Recruiting, you’ll have the opportunity to help shape our processes and make a big impact on the company.

At Bonusly, you’ll…

  • Own the recruiting process from end-to-end, including tracking and meeting hiring and diversity-related KPIs, training staff on recruiting processes, and maintaining high hiring standards.
  • Run searches for positions at all levels, from entry-level to executive, in areas including engineering, product, sales, customer success, marketing, finance, and people operations roles.
  • Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, personal network, and other channels.
  • Manage recruiting platforms and applicant tracking system (ATS)—we currently use Lever.
  • Manage the hiring process (as assigned by hiring managers) from start to finish: screen resumes, source candidates, perform first calls, and ensure all stages of the recruiting process are being followed and running smoothly.
  • Establish and track candidate experience as a top priority.
  • Engage new sourcing channels, such as on-campus recruiting, conferences, and additional job boards.
  • Establish, maintain, and analyze the efficacy of relationships with third party recruiting agencies.
  • Hire recruiting coordinators and other recruiting team members.
  • Assist People Operations and Marketing with employer branding initiatives.

💚You’re a great fit if you…

  • Have 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-volume environments, including at least 1 year of technical recruiting.
  • Understand and can speak to applicant tracking systems and hiring process best practices.
  • Are highly independent, process-driven, and organized.
  • Have previously managed relationships with external agencies, vendors, and software providers.
  • Enjoy working with data and using self-generated metrics and analyses to drive results.
  • Possess excellent customer service skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Are comfortable with ambiguity and can manage rapidly shifting, competing priorities.

đź’ŻYou should apply if you...

  • Have experience recruiting for venture-backed technology startups—especially engineering and sales roles.
  • Are passionate about creating, enhancing, and growing a strong and engaging company culture.
  • Have a great network and/or sourcing channels in the Boulder, CO area.

🎉Benefits and opportunities include...

• Collaborating with a growing team of smart & passionate creators.

• Making work more enjoyable and meaningful by reimagining the way companies recognize and reward their employees.

• Being empowered to innovate, take ownership, and motivate change at a growing company.

• Flexible “work-from” policies.

• Fully covered Medical/Dental/Vision insurance.

• Progressive vacation policy.

• 401(k) with employer matching.

• Subsidized wellness, transit, and professional development.

• Bonusly! (Of course we use our own product for peer, work anniversary, and birthday recognition)
