Fivetran is looking for a curious and thoroughly organized Executive Assistant to be the right hand to one of Fivetran’s founders. This role will wear many hats!  In addition to supporting our COO, you will often find yourself participating in managing our Denver office, event planning, and driving various creative and operational projects forward.

As an Executive Assistant at Fivetran you will:

• • Manage our COO’s calendar: scheduling and prioritizing meetings, resolving scheduling conflicts, and think proactively to maximize efficiency
  • Seamlessly plan domestic and international travel
  • Manage logistics for internal and external meetings
  • Keep the COO informed of any upcoming commitments
  • Some travel may be needed
  • Occasionally assist recruiting by providing delightful candidate experience to the candidates coming on-site to our Denver office

Your Superpowers:

• • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • An immense ability to organize things, tasks, and time
