Employee Experience Coordinator

The Employee Experience Coordinator will be the owner of execution and delivery for employee experience and employee engagement at BetterCloud. They will execute and implement key employee event strategies, for a remote and in-person capacity. They’ll manage our approach to building culture in a remote workplace, while helping employees and managers navigate how to work successfully in our hybrid-remote work environment. This role will be critical in ensuring our employees are connected to the BetterCloud culture and responsible for contributing to the overall onboarding experience for new hires and support an engaged and motivated employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle. This role is perfect for someone eager to start their HR journey, in addition to someone who has a customer first orientation to help strive to delight all BetterClouders. This role needs to be based in ATL or NYC.

About You
- 2 years work experience ; ideally in the Customer service, event planning, office management space
- Ability to project manage with great organizational skills.
- Ability to be instinctive enough to jump on critical business issues & opportunities when you see them, scrappy enough to get operational items resolved.
- Effectively copes with change, shifts gears comfortably, and takes action in light of ambiguity
- Self-starter with high intellect, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and strong organizational and time-management skills in order to prioritize competing tasks
What You’ll Do
- Work with people team and other internal operations teams to execute on employee experience initiatives
- Contribute new hire onboarding experience
- Implement events for remote and in person gatherings - think lunch and learns to cooking classes, company summits to all hands meetings.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to project manage employee engagement projects
