Job Summary

This role serves as the strategic advisor to the Executive team for all things people-related.  The Director of HR oversees all HR activities across the company; developing and executing company-wide HR strategy, positioning and planning to support the company’s values and vision. This individual creates a world class HR organization that supports all FullContact team members in an effective and trusted way using proven processes and best practices.

This role reports to the CFO and is based in Denver, Colorado.

 

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop requisite compliance programs including policies and procedures consistent with local laws for our US, Latvia and India offices.

  • Stays abreast of emerging employment laws; proactively measuring business impact and developing strategies to address changes with minimal disruption to the business.

  • Proactively investigates and responds to employee grievances.

  • Conducts thorough HR diligence for acquisitions, identifies risks and potential actions to overcome challenges, proactively develops strategies for effective post acquisition integration efforts and identifies opportunities for operational efficiencies.

  • Champion eOS framework and toolkit  to collaborate closely with all departments of the organization to ensure alignment and transparency leading with our core values.

  • Establishes mechanisms to receive and act on employee feedback, develops programs that create a performance based culture and that link individual performance to organizational goals.

  • Develops progressive and proactive compensation and benefits programs to provide motivation, incentives and rewards for effective performance; continually assessing the competitiveness of all programs and practices against the relevant comparable companies, industries and markets.  

  • Support employee onboarding, compensation and benefits, and performance management in a business that is continually striving for greater efficiencies while scaling.

  • Build a comprehensive, integrated and consistent talent strategy for the entire organization; attracting and retaining “A” players who are RPRS and proactively help to remove underperformers.

  • Work with business leaders to evaluate the organization structure and develop staffing strategies that drive continuous improvement in efficiency and effectiveness.  

  • Design and implement performance management and employee development programs that provide individuals with professional and personal growth opportunities.

  • Serve as a trusted voice of the company internally and externally – helps drive morale through effective dissemination of information.

  • Models a collaborative management style and acts as a champion of cross-organizational collaboration.

  • Evaluates the effectiveness of HR programs and effectively communicates needs and plans to the executive team with a data driven approach; developing regular reports and metrics for HR activities for senior management. Leverages

  • Manages a global team of 5 to 15 people and promotes a customer driven HR philosophy; demonstrating the ability and willingness to delegate responsibilities and to appropriately empower employees so that they may perform to their highest potential.

  • Manage HR programs to a budget and exceed objectives with limited financial resources in order to scale globally.

 

Requirements, Experience & Qualifications

  • Demonstrated knowledge of HR processes and technology that drive efficiency.

  • 15+ Years HR Experience

  • 10+ Years HR Leadership

  • SHRM or Equivalent Certification
