How you will make a difference:

We are in hyper growth mode and we’re not only growing our recruiting team - we're building a global company.  In this role you’ll help create and define a tech talent acquisition strategy, with significant partnership with executive leadership. Reporting to the VP of Talent Acquisition, you’ll lead a team of passionate and driven recruiters and you’ll have support from your friends in Recruiting Operations. This role is key to Iterable’s success as we continue our journey towards becoming a public company. 

You’ll get to:

  • Partner with the VP of TA to define a comprehensive and forward-looking tech talent strategy in alignment with company strategy. Big topics for us are: Recruiting in a hybrid world, brand recognition, international, DEI, etc. 
  • Lead a growing team of Tech Recruiters and Recruiting Leads.
  • Analyze and optimize our hiring practices, keeping recruiting KPIs in mind, while ensuring a top-notch candidate experience.
  • Partner with our DEI team to drive our DEI strategy.

We are looking for people who have:

  • A track record of successfully leading and building a highly effective TA tech team that’s distributed across time zones and countries.
  • Proven experience driving the TA strategy in alignment with company strategy, partnering with key stakeholders across the business.
  • Expertise managing data to forecast hiring needs and team capacity, improve candidate experience, and identify the best sources for our jobs. 
  • Top notch communication skills to keep execs and hiring managers  informed of hiring progress at all times
  • A successful track record making DEI part of the DNA of the tech TA team, leading to tangible results in hiring efforts. 
  • Comfortable challenging and educating leaders appropriately on their role and how to improve.  
  • Strong collaboration skills across the organization.

We’re rethinking traditional workplace planning and looking to strengthen belonging, innovation, productivity, and happiness whether it’s in an office, from home, or a hybrid of the two. As such, we've moved to a single geographical compensation band for all of our employees (the San Francisco Bay Area market for the US, London for the UK). 

For Colorado-based employment: The minimum  base salary for this position is $161,700/year. The compensation package includes equity, plus a range of medical, dental, vision, financial and other benefits. Additionally, perks such as daily paid lunches and generous stipends for health & fitness and learning & development, among others, are included

Location

Our Denver office sits in the Central Business District, just North of the Cap Hill area. Our building has a Starbucks and a Wells Fargo, and we are very close to some great coffee, lunch and happy hour spots! We are just one block away from RTD and Civic Center Station.
