We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter willing to work on a contract basis to help us grow our Product & Engineering teams.

As a Technical Recruiter at Rachio, you will identify highly technically skilled, bright, talented candidates by using direct and indirect sourcing methods and matching them to ideal positions. Your responsibilities will include sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles. You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our consumer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract and hire the best Engineering professionals.

Ultimately, you will build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our Product & Engineering positions.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain a high volume pipeline of candidates for multiple Product and Software Engineering positions and skill sets by making phone calls, emailing candidates, asking for referrals and networking offline.

• Collaborate with third party recruiting companies to help source candidates from diverse pools of candidates.

• Review all applications for open positions and stack rank candidates based on skills needed for position requirements. Schedule those that meet qualifications for pre-screen interviews.

• Conduct candidate interviews and evaluate responses; submit those qualified to the hiring manager, provide feedback to candidates who are not qualified. Manage follow-up interviews. Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing and interview stages.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience in recruiting at/for high-growth technology companies, targeting specific skill sets and culture fit.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as proficiency in Google suite tools and ATS tools.

• Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Zoom and formal).

• Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for Engineering roles.

• Strong organization skills and the ability to effectively adapt to changing priorities and circumstances.
