Position Summary
Prove is looking for a Talent Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team. We are looking for an individual who enjoys sourcing top talent for multiple job requirements but primarily focuses on the Technology and Sales organizations. The ideal candidate will be someone that knows how to write compelling InMail's and gets lost in LinkedIn recruiter. This is not a full desk position, it is a roll that will help fill the funnel with top talent. Although this is a remote position, eastern or central time zone candidates are strongly preferred.
- Screen and qualify top talent for the technology and revenue organizations
- Ability to build quality talent pipeline through consistent outreach
- Collaborate with recruiters for intake meetings
- Establish strong relationships with diverse candidates and organizations
- Build candidate pipelines from the ground up for key roles
- Research and map out the talent pool in various industries
- Promote, maintain and enhance our cultural values of humility, passion, inclusion, and leadership.
- Strong passion for learning about our products and markets through in-house and external training.
- 3 to 5 years of sourcing experience
- +1 year experience sourcing in Technology Sales
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related discipline, or demonstrable equivalent experience All skills, abilities, and education will be considered for minimum qualifications
- Ability to keep pace and absorb rapidly in a fast-paced environment
- Self-driven and proven experience working independently as a "remote" team member
- Independent worker who can balance planned work with ad-hoc requests from peers
- Experience in cybersecurity, fintech, or fast-growing startup is required
- Experience in a high-growth tech startup growing from $50m to $200m in ARR
