We’re growing! It’s a really exciting time for the company and we're looking for a Contract Recruiter to help us scale and bring the very best talent to Havenly. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who is motivated to consistently find top talent for all open opportunities. - Recruit new members of our Havenly team across every functional area including Operations, Product, Engineering, Growth, and Creative.
- Collaborate with hiring leads to become the expert on key searches and develop job descriptions and ideal candidate profiles.
- Conduct initial phone screens of candidates and schedule on site interviews.
- Leverage your expertise to develop multiple sourcing channels and robust pipelines.
- Source both active and passive candidates.
- Screen candidates based off of Havenly's cultural values while upholding our high bar for the caliber of people that we hire.
- 5-7+ years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting at a high growth company.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, set priorities, and self-manage against tight timelines and aggressive expectations.
- Experience recruiting consumer tech talent is a huge plus!
- Extreme drive that is contagious – hard-working, highly-organized, bordering on perfectionist.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and a high level of integrity in handling sensitive and confidential matters.
- An intense curiosity that keeps you up at night solving problems.
- Ability to work well in teams and work hard while maintaining perspective and a sense of humor.
- Proven success in recruiting high performing teams in a fast moving environment.
