Job Description

The Opportunity
The Compensation Analyst will carry out a range of advanced analytic and programmatic activities to support the successful planning, development, and implementation of comprehensive compensation policies, practices, programs, initiatives and guidelines. This person will apply solid knowledge of HR data analysis to provide meaningful insight to inform HR-related decisions and programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, manage and deliver global compensation programs.
  • Collect and analyze market compensation data, and maintain salary survey data.
  • Provide thought leadership on compensation initiatives including equity and bonus plan design.
  • Create and maintain documentation and templates for compensation processes.
  • Identify opportunities and lead compensation process improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure effective communication and clear understanding of our compensation philosophy.
  • Create presentation material and HR data analyses for Executive Team and BOD meetings.
  • Perform HR data analysis using reporting tools and data reporting mechanisms.
  • Ensure data integrity in HR system by conducting compensation data audits.
  • Partner with managers and HR Business Partners to make compensation recommendations and resolve compensation disputes using a data-driven approach.

     

Required Skills / Experience:

  • 5+ years of compensation experience in a high growth, global company.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize varied complex projects.
  • Excellent communicator with ability to partner and influence stakeholders.
  • Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Workday experience and advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience scaling a global compensation philosophy.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • CCP certification or progress toward certification a plus.
