Company Operations Ninja
SonderMind is a VC-backed digital health company redesigning behavioral health to become more accessible, approachable, and utilized. We combine a variety of software tools, an integrated provider network and services to generate the data and capability needed to serve consumers, employers and health systems with high-quality behavioral healthcare.
We are hiring the company's first full-time employee to manage a variety of functions and projects within the company. Part office manager, part recruiter, part human resources, this Company Operations Ninja will be responsible for the daily operations of the company headquarters office: HR and payroll, recruiting, IT, supplies, space management, employee onboarding, event planning, and other utility roles.
Expected Outcomes
- Within two weeks, learn and transition all existing payroll, new employee onboarding, and office management activities from current office manager
- Within three weeks, read recruiting documentation and complete in-person 1:1 meetings with all executive team members, delivering a summary of recruiting goals
- Within one month, begin handling basic CEO coordination activities for internal company meetings, external meetings and conference calls
- Within two months, lead development and implementation of a formal company recruiting process, to include sourcing, interviewing coordination, reference checks and offer management. Execute on at least three roles to be hired
- On an ongoing basis, seek out and be open to a myriad of one-off projects, research activities and support tasks for the Marketing, Product and Growth teams
Gotta Have This
- Experience working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment (minimum 2 years)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Tech savvy and proficient in Google Suite
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work, multi-task and maintain a sense of calm
Nice to Have This
- Demonstrated proficiency and previous experience in a recruiting function for a growing company
- Demonstrated proficiency and previous experience in human resources, payroll or employee management
- Experience in a healthcare technology company or VC-backed technology startup
