To help support, we are seeking a Care Team Relations Coordinator to join our team! This person will play a key role in both the day-to-day Medical Group Operations as well as a leadership role in provider onboarding, credentialing, and malpractice insurance. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication skills (verbal and written), strong people relations skills, and a willingness to adapt to change.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be all-inclusive.

  • Manage care team on-boarding and off-boarding processes
  • Partner with field teammates to coordinate provider orientation
  • Oversee provider credentialing and re-credentialing
  • Manage malpractice insurance roster
  • Assist in planning and leading logistics for the Annual Provider Summit
  • Coordinate Medical Leadership meetings and events
  • Provide administrative support to Medical Governance Committee
  • Oversee the provider contract database
  • Partner with CMO to evaluate and update the Provider Manual as needed
  • Coordinate Medical Group Newsletter
  • Oversee provider licensure tracking
  • Additional projects and duties as assigned

 

ESSENTIAL BEHAVIORS, SKILLS AND ATTITUDES REQUIRED

  • Bachelors degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field
  • Preferred 2-3 years working in medical group or provider facing setting
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Solid interpersonal, collaborative, and relationship-building skills; ability to interact positively with teammates at various levels across the company and to foster a positive work environment 
  • Excellent organizational, attention to detail and follow-through skills 
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks on time in a fast paced and changing environment; comfort with ambiguity in a business environment
  • Knowledge of CRM such as Salesforce and EHRs a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook 
  • Demonstrated time management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities 
  • Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside-the-box 
  • Demonstrated proactive behavior and a "can do" attitude; highly motivated, goal-oriented self-starter 
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with cross-functional team members to assess needs, request clarification and provide solutions
  • Desire to be part of a fun, hard-working team
