Job Description:
RingCentral values and recognizes the importance of our people and the impact they have on our business. We are looking for a Sr Benefits Analyst to join our Total Rewards Team and manage the company's day-to-day benefit and wellness programs.
Responsibilities
- Manage and evaluate ongoing U.S. benefit programs including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, disability, life and flexible spending by partnering with broker and external vendors
- Evaluate and provide recommendations and decisions that are strategically aligned with the company goals
- Oversee monthly billing and reconciliation of insurance invoice payments
- Manage and oversee the LOA program
- Manage and assist with International Benefits and Expat program management including onboarding, communications, payment of invoices and assisting with employee escalations
- Assist with administration of 401(k) including coordinating educational workshops
- Coordinate and lead annual Open Enrollment activities including Health Fairs, Wellness events, developing and reviewing communications, insurance rate reviews, enrollment system testing
- Manage and develop RingCentral's Wellness Program
- Manage RingCentral's RingRides program
- Partner with third party administrators to investigate discrepancies, claim issues, and provide information in non-routine situations
- Partner with payroll department and/or employees to ensure proper benefits deductions or payments are made on a timely basis
- Ensure compliance with all local regulatory and reporting obligations
- Assist with other projects as needed
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience with developing, selecting, launching, and administering benefit programs, ideally in a high-growth, scaling, technology environment
- Prior project management experience desired
- Proficient with HRIS systems; Workday experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel VLOOKUP formula and pivot tables
- Knowledge of ACA, HIPAA, FLSA, ADA, FMLA, ERISA, and COBRA regulations
- International benefits experience a plus
- PHR, CEBS, or similar certification a plus
