The Position

Evolve Vacation Rental is a hospitality company with a mission to make renting a vacation home easy for both guests and homeowners. We are growing and looking for an Associate Recruiter to help us to hire the best people to accomplish our mission to establish Evolve as the most trusted hospitality brand in vacation rental.

What you will do - Partnering with hiring managers, you’ll manage the hiring needs of the business areas you support, create recruiting plans, and own all stages of the recruiting life cycle. 

• Own the talent acquisition process for Evolve’s front-line customer experience teams
• Partner with hiring managers around role definition, process efficiencies, interviewing preparedness, candidate assessment and decision making
• Set the standard for the ideal candidate experience and ensure we deliver on it
• Craft sourcing strategies that include creative solutions for attracting candidates, maintaining an ongoing candidate pipeline
• Build relationships with community organizations and local universities to build our brand and future pipelines
• Track relevant data and metrics to understand the health of your recruiting process and areas for improvement and efficiency
• Collaborate with Marketing on branding initiatives to continue to improve candidate quality
• Be a brand ambassador with our candidates and throughout the community

What makes you a great fit

• 1+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience ( experience with customer service or other high-volume, customer centric roles preferred) 
• Incredibly organized, you have a system to juggle a high volume of candidates without dropping balls.
• Posses a continuous improvement mindset with an eagerness to learn every day and grow in the recruiting profession
• Relationship builder both inside and outside of the organization
• Believe in and embody our 10 Core Values
• Ability to prioritize and work independently
• Desire to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a sense of urgency and humor

Location - While we are all currently working from home, our goal is to return to our beautiful Denver office and collaborate in person eventually.
