As a member of our Recruiting engine, you will focus on creating mutually beneficial recruiting processes for our Customer Operations hiring managers and candidates. You will be more than just a “headhunter.” You’ll implement critical initiatives and increase the visibility of the ezCater talent brand in Denver. You are someone who will consistently push to enhance ezCater’s approach to recruiting, even when it’s working well.

You will:

• Take the lead on identifying and engaging top talent to join our Customer Operations team, (mainly Customer Service Reps or "Ninjas")
• Get creative about strategically identifying and attracting the best talent, from events to sourcing and referrals
• Closely manage candidates in all stages of the pipeline and ensure that they have a white-glove candidate experience
• Develop strong relationships with hiring managers to execute hiring plans
• Be part of an insanely helpful & best-in-class team to keep momentum going. We love that we are known for our customer service among customers and candidates!
• Meet hiring deadlines in (at times) narrow timelines, and balance workload accordingly 

You have:

• 1+ year experience in a people-facing role
• A passion for all things Recruiting and a knack for collaboration and relationship building
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to quickly identify a candidate’s ideal role, whether or not it’s the role you’re hiring for
• Figured out how to achieve speed and accuracy at the same time
• Flexibility; you’re excited about pivoting as your environment changes (for the better)
