Why this role

As part of our People team, the HRIS Analyst will partner with internal and external stakeholders to assist in the successful execution of Evolve’s new HCM system, Workday. You will help educate Evolvers (our end users) on business processes, approve more technical daily system transactions, and be the owner of people data with reporting and auditing. Sitting on the Total Rewards team, we are leading some exciting initiatives to enhance the Evolver experience and you’ll be part of it!

What you’ll do

  • Assist with the final stages of our Workday implementation with parallel testing and Evolver education. 
  • Empower Evolvers to feel confident in using Workday through end user training and resolving day-to-day system questions that arise.
  • Create and distribute People Team reports, dashboards, and analytics
  • Complete the more technical system transactions and business processes, including supervisory org updates, security updates, cost center updates, mass imports, etc.
  • Build a strong working relationship with Workday’s account management team in order to troubleshoot issues that arise.
  • Responsible for educating administrators on Workday upgrades and enhancements 
  • Assist with People Team and Payroll Team with audits, including extracting data from Workday and manipulating it
  • Create SOPs (Systems of Processes) for HRIS team and maintain them
  • Maintain all system integrations and partner with IT and others to ensure uptime
  • Assist with various HRIS-related projects

What makes you a great fit 

  • 3+ years of HRIS experience in Workday, with experience in integrations, business processes, report building, and end user training and assistance
  • Strong technical knowledge of Workday modules (Core HCM, US Payroll, US Benefits, Cloud Connect, Time Tracking, Absence Management, People Analytics etc.) and the data module supporting the HR ecosystem.
  • Experience with maintaining clean data through auditing, import testing, and resolving integration issues and errors
  • Strong analytical skills, including strong knowledge in Excel and other Microsoft suite products
  • An unparalleled sense of urgency and commitment to getting stuff done without sacrificing quality or experience
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and can manage multiple competing priorities while continuing to advance critical initiatives
  • Self-assured and have a high tolerance for ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • An ability to gain trust through effective communication and doing what you say you will do
  • A reputation for discretion, integrity, judgment, responsiveness, strong attention to detail and common sense

Location 

Evolve has a flexible working environment so teammates can work remotely anywhere in the state of Colorado, in our beautiful downtown Denver office, remotely or a hybrid of both! As we grow, we are working towards opening remote opportunities across the entire U.S. We currently are able to hire across the U.S except in the following locations: California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Minnesota, New Jersey, New Mexico, Ohio, Oregon and Pennsylvania.

Compensation

For this role our salary range is $67,000 to $77,000, depending on relevant experience

Our office is located in Downtown Denver surrounded by the best the city has to offer. With our flexible remote work policy, our teammates are free to work in person in our Colorado space or remotely from home in 48 approved states.
