About the job
We’re looking for an experienced Human Resources Generalist in the healthcare sector who is passionate about creating a great employee experience and supporting people through every stage of their journey. Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, this role will be a key member of our growing HR team — helping to shape our culture, streamline processes, and provide hands-on support to employees and managers alike.
In this role, you’ll be the face of HR for day-to-day people operations, helping to deliver a seamless experience from offer letter to offboarding. You’ll ensure that every step — onboarding, employee relations, engagement, and exits — reflects our company values and supports both our people and business goals.
You’ll thrive here if you love building relationships, finding practical HR solutions, and working in a fast-moving healthcare and tech environment where no two days are the same.
What you’ll do
Support the full employee life cycle — from offer letter and onboarding through offboarding — ensuring a positive and consistent experience.
Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers, responding to day-to-day HR questions with care and accuracy.
Partner with the Senior HR Business Partner on employee relations matters, performance discussions, and policy guidance.
Administer and oversee ADA accommodations, FMLA, and other leave of absence processes, ensuring compliance and timely communication with employees and managers.
Maintain employee records, HRIS data, and compliance documentation with a high level of confidentiality and precision.
Assist in developing and implementing people programs that drive connection, recognition, and growth.
Collaborate cross-functionally with payroll, operations, and leadership to align HR practices with company goals.
Contribute to HR process improvements and help standardize practices across a growing, multi-state workforce.
Your experience & qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3–5 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a healthcare, tech, or multi-state environment.
Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations, including FMLA, ADA, and general compliance practices.
Experience managing leave administration, benefits coordination, and employee relations.
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — able to build trust and credibility across all levels of the organization.
Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Preferred qualifications
HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent).
Experience with HRIS and HR reporting tools (e.g., Rippling, BambooHR, or similar).
Background in supporting remote or hybrid teams.
A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for improving employee experience.
