Responsibilities

  • As our Middle Tier developer you will be part of a 4-5 person agile development team
  • Your team currently develops and maintains our newly introduced middle tier in our pursuit to transform our technology stack into a multi tenant PAAS solution
  • You will embrace developing within our CI/CD pipeline and have the opportunity to improve it
  • Your code will efficiently process millions of customers bookings both in our own cloud and on premise installations
  • You will work with your development lead, the front end team and product management team during the identification, development and implementation of the work involved
  • You will work with our Quality Engineering Architect to make sure changes made are safe and assertable

Required Experience

  • 1-3 years production Golang experience
  • 7+ years backend/middle tier development experience
  • 1+ years unit tests experience
  • 1+ years of SQL experience
  • Experience working within an Agile SDLC process
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Technical documentation skills
  • Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language
  • Self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail
  • Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Devops mentality is a PLUS
