As an Ursa Global Energy Analyst, you use your deep knowledge of global energy markets to position our products into the overall marketplace and into our customer’s workflows. Responsibilities

• Analyze and incorporate Ursa Energy Reports into the broader ecosystem of energy data.
• Using Ursa Reports, develop real-world customer use-cases.
• Write a weekly blog.
• Support Sales calls and marketing activities as Ursa’s in-house energy expert.
• Help product management define new products, use cases and solutions.

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience as an Energy Analyst in the oil and gas industry.
• Customer focus: desire to work with customers and be on the front lines of communicating to the market.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Extremely pro-active and organized, with a track record of success in a team environment.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and switch gears in the wake of rapidly-changing priorities, while ensuring no projects slip through the cracks.
• Travel: Occasional travel required.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master’s Degree.
• International Experience.
• Understanding of both quantitative and fundamental research.
