Who We're Looking For - The Dream Maker

Chargeflow is looking for a hands-on Global Business Development Director to lead and scale our outbound engine. You’ll manage a team Global team of Business Development Executives, owning strategy, execution, coaching, and pipeline outcomes, especially across enterprise and high-value segments.

You’ll build a repeatable, measurable outbound motion, partner tightly with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps, and continuously improve performance by zooming out to design the system and zooming in to sharpen the next call, sequence, and quarter.

Your Arena - Know your impact 💥

Lead a Global Team

  • Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing team of ~6 BDEs across Israel and NYC
  • Set clear expectations, operating rhythms, and performance standards
  • Build a culture of accountability, testing, and continuous improvement

Outbound Strategy & Pipeline Creation

  • Design and run a scalable outbound strategy focused on enterprise accounts and priority segments
  • Define ICP, targeting rules, account tiering, and prospecting plays
  • Drive multi-channel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, events), including ongoing testing and optimization
  • Deliver a predictable pipeline motion that scales across regions
  • Own CRM excellence: hygiene, attribution, and pipeline reporting discipline
  • Create onboarding and ongoing enablement for the BDE team
  • Attend/support key industry events and host networking sessions with strategic targets

Cross-Functional GTM Partnership

  • Partner with Sales to ensure lead quality, smooth handoffs, and aligned pipeline goals
  • Collaborate with Marketing (in particular with the ABM and Events teams) on campaigns, intent signals, ABM, and event strategy
  • Work with RevOps on tools, dashboards, KPIs, territory logic, and reporting

What It Takes:

  • 4+ years in B2B SaaS Business Development (enterprise preferred)
  • 2+ years managing BDR/BDE teams with consistent pipeline goal attainment
  • Proven ability to build outbound strategy, run experiments, and manage to KPIs
  • Strong coaching, feedback, and performance management skills
  • Comfort with CRM and outbound tools; strong operational rigor

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in payments, fraud, disputes/chargebacks
  • Experience selling into eCommerce
  • Experience leading global teams across multiple regions/time zones

Compensation

The base salary range for this position is ~$90,000-$150,000. This is an incentive-based role and a significant portion of compensation is based on performance against objectives.

Actual salary will be based on qualifications, competencies and experience.
