About The Role

The Full Stack Engineer will design, build, and deploy scalable, high-quality features that power our hiring intelligence platform. This role requires strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Redux, Node, and relational databases, with a focus on customer-centric architecture and test-driven development. As a key contributor, you’ll collaborate with product and engineering teams to drive the technical roadmap and deliver impactful solutions that transform the hiring experience.

About You:

  • 3+ years experience in Software development
  • 2+ years experience in Javascript/Typescript and a Frontend framework, preferably React / Redux
  • Advanced knowledge of web development, with a deep understanding of the JavaScript ecosystem
  • Experience in Object-Oriented Design and Development and test-driven development
  • Experience with relational databases
  • Solid understanding of REST communication
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable learning new technologies and systems
  • Very strong attention to detail

  • Architect scalable solutions with a customer-centric focus  
  • Build, test, and deploy high-quality features 
  • Work with languages, technologies, and platforms such as React, Redux, Node, Javascript/Typescript, Redis, Postgres, AWS Cloud Technologies
  • Be a key contributor to the technical roadmap
  • Collaborate with engineer and product team to foster strong engineering principles and represent our engineering values
  • Utilize product requirements and engage with cross functional teams to deliver rapidly evolving product features in a timely manner
