We are looking for a Working Capital Manager to further strengthen our Finance team. This role will provide broad financial direction and oversight as part of the leadership team and will drive execution for the Finance team. This is a new role for hear.com which is needed to support the rapid growth of hear.com. The role is based in our Miami, FL, Denver, CO or Berlin (Germany) office.

Main tasks:

  • Responsible for all group Liquidity & Treasury, Banking matters
  • Implementation of intercompany funding strategies
  • Setting up an advanced liquidity plan and monitoring it constantly
  • Manage daily liquidity needs for all global entities
  • Continuous improvements of major working capital metrics
  • Set up a Treasury Management System

Your profile:

  • University Degree in Finance or Controlling 
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a finance environment, with a focus on cash flow, liquidity management or treasury
  • Team player with profound negotiation skills and problem-solving attitude and ability to adjust and succeed in different cultures
  • Very good communication and messaging skills with the ability to build long term partnerships with internal management and staff
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); German is a plus
