The Strategic Finance Associate role sits within the CFO organization and supports the leadership team and Board of Directors on all time-sensitive and high priority strategic decision-making. This is a hearty role with a young, growing company and has significant opportunities for career development and progression.

The ideal candidate is a highly analytical and curious self-starter who is excited to solve interesting problems, share insights, and make an impact. You learn quickly, work well cross-functionally, and will roll up your sleeves to get the job done.

Your day-to-day:

• Be a jack-of-all-trades performing the analysis to support key decision making across the enterprise
• Work cross-functionally to gather data and perform analysis required for capital markets, audit, and general due diligence processes
• Prepare materials for our Board of Directors and investors
• Routinely partner with key internal stakeholders to update and maintain the enterprise operating & financial model
• Conduct ad hoc analyses on commercial questions and evaluate new opportunities
• Support the entire M&A lifecycle for active and prospective processes (origination through integration)

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

• 23+ years in investment banking, management consulting, corporate strategy, finance, or comparable roles (bonus points for experience in consumer, retail, or the healthcare sectors)
• Experience being a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments that require multi-tasking, prioritization, and minimal oversight
• Topnotch analytical skills and the ability to break down complex issues into structured frameworks and actionable insights
• Advanced competency in Excel with best-in-class financial modeling skills (bonus points for experience with SQL, Python, or comparable languages)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills applied to senior management relationships and building cross-functional alignment
