About the team:

VIZIO is currently seeking a detailed and experienced Stock Plan Administrator to join our growing Compensation and Benefits team in our company headquarters in Irvine, CA. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Compensation and Benefits, the Stock Plan Administrator will be partnering with internal and external stakeholders to drive the end-to-end administration of VIZIO’s equity compensation program.

What you will do:

• Manage the creation, organization, execution, and completion of all projects related to equity compensation.
• Process equity transactions in compliance with governing stock plan documents and internal processes along with state, federal and foreign regulations and securities laws
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to administer VIZIO’s equity compensation plans, including equity grants, option exercises, ESPP, releases, onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Manage the Equity Administration email alias and reply to employee inquiries related to equity compensation.
• Partner and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including Accounting, Payroll, HR Operations and Legal as well as third-party agents to ensure accuracy, provide support for audits and reporting.
• Assist with managing employee trading plans (10b5-1)
• Manage and coordinate timely and accurate responses to all employees’ inquiries related to equity awards.
• Maintain SOX Compliance and assist with quarterly testing/audits by internal and external teams.
• Reconcile equity award activity among the company's records and the equity platforms on an ongoing basis.
• Partner with payroll on tax withholding and remittance on RSU vesting and non-qual exercises.

About you:

• 3+ years of public company equity plan administration experience, including reporting, audits, reconciliations, SOX compliance
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Human Resources or related field
• Experience managing a third-party stock administration system
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to execute within tight deadlines
• Ability to collaborate and problem solve
• Proactive and internally motivated to ensure that deadlines and project milestones are met
• Analytical thinker, extreme organizer, detail-oriented prioritizer
• Strong communicator with an ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive compensation data
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment
• Experience with Fidelity NetBenefits and Certent a plus
