Healthgrades is focused on providing trusted information that helps consumers and providers make meaningful connections. As a Staff Accountant, you will conduct analyses of financial and operational performance to assist with business planning. You will also be responsible for leading or assisting with various projects across the Accounting department. 

What you will do:

  • Prepare journal entries, financial reports and schedules
  • Maintain and reconcile assigned general ledger accounts including prepaid accounts, fixed assets, payroll/benefits and expenses
  • Perform scheduled variance and flux analysis
  • Collect and analyze account information to reconcile discrepancies
  • Produce ad hoc reports upon request
  • Communicate with internal budget owners to understand transactions 

What you will bring:

  • Accounting degree 
  • Working knowledge of GAAP
  • Prior experience in corporate accounting
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to think critically to identify, communicate and solve problems

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 annually*
  • Bonus: up to 5% annually
