The Sr. Treasury Analyst will be an integral part of the team within Corporate Treasury. Role will be responsible for providing primary support for Treasury functions which include investment management, debt management, and cash operations. In this role, you will utilize a variety of analytic and strategic corporate finance concepts to help grow the Treasury Group as well as support other Finance and Accounting projects as needed. Reporting to the Treasury Manager, the Sr. Treasury Analyst will interact with a variety of functions within and outside of Treasury, including Corporate Accounting, Tax, Legal, FP&A and Finance Leadership.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Finance / FP&A to identify and resolve issues related to banks, including service or compliance issues, and cash management processes, such as forecasting, reconciliation, target balancing, sweeps, etc.
- Develop broad understanding of, and provide strategic support to, cash, financial risk and insurance functions
- Develop and implement treasury reports in coordination with Finance / FP&A
- Oversee change management processes related to cash management reporting outcomes
- Implement and continually refine key cash management processes, including reconciliation, forecasting, and settlement
- Support Treasury’s shared service initiative by overseeing cash management implementations and projects
- Manage hedging program
- Manage the cash flow forecasting process for all legal entities and provide reporting to management
- Manage letter of credit and bank guarantee requests including, issuance, renewals and reporting
- Support continuous process improvements to treasury workstation functions
- Perform special projects and ad-hoc financial analysis as necessary
- Sarbanes-Oxley self-assessment and audit support for Treasury
- Analyze and interpret short-term liquidity forecast, funding requirements and investments reports in order to make recommendations with respect to borrowings or use of excess cash
- Prepare debt compliance package for all debt
- Perform special projects and ad-hoc financial analysis as necessary
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field
- 5+ years of prior work experience in treasury, corporate finance, or FP&A
- Familiarity with treasury management and/or ERP systems
- Mastery level in MS Excel, Advanced in MS PowerPoint & Word
- Interest in developing professional relationships (both internal and external), for the purpose of advancing the global treasury function
Preferred Qualifications
- CPA, CTP or related certifications.
- Strong understanding of financials including Income Statement, Balance Sheet, & Cash Flows
- High degree of business acumen to provide decision support
- High degree of technical and analytical capabilities to develop financial models and solutions
- Experience working in the context of a large, complex, geographically-dispersed organization
- Continuous improvement attitude with ability and confidence to make recommendations
- Ability to quickly synthesize disparate data and provide actionable information
- Highly responsive, leveraging ability to multi-task, work efficiently and meet tight deadlines
- Energetic with a proven ability to work autonomously and quickly adapt to change
