We are looking for a high performing, results oriented individual to join our FP&A team! The primary role of the Finance Manager is to provide extensive business partnering and financial support to the Sales organization.
Responsibilities
- Structure and evaluate business problems, design and implement actionable recommendations, define and monitor KPIs.
- Build a financial roadmap to operationalize bookings and hiring plans with cross-functional stakeholders: Lead quota setting discussions, and manage functional expenses
- Develop a view of market opportunities and risks in order to make recommendations on optimizing sales resources through the planning cycles.
- Be a trusted business partner to Sales Leadership, co-leading executive presentations, preparing BoD/ Executive Management presentations.
- Become a subject matter expert on Sales segmentation definitions, Sales Booking policies, Sales Compensation policies in order to resolve disputes and deliver speedy resolutions.
- Partner with Sales Operations, Data science, Marketing, CSM and Support to assess results and drive improved sales productivity and velocity.
- Ensure the availability of accurate & due-diligence ready data across tools and dashboards that scale.
- Catalyze cross functional initiatives between Finance, Sales, Sales Operations, HR.
- Drive initiatives to improve existing planning processes, automation & streamlining of deliverables.

Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience in Sales FP&A, management consulting, business operations, corporate strategy or similar functions preferably in a SaaS, B2B, multi-product environment. Experience within enterprise software companies and B2B or subscription finance preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or a related field. MBA preferred
- Advanced analytical skills (including statistical modeling), hands-on experience developing complex financial models and with expert level proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets
- Ability to build clear and concise presentations
- Effective communication with peers and senior leaders
- Strong project management skills
- Experience with ANAPLAN is a plus
