Sr. Financial Analyst
This teammate will play an important role within the Strategic Finance team as we work to inform strategic decisions, model business performance, and implement processes and systems to support Strive's rapid growth. Our responsibilities include pro forma modeling, financial analysis, forecasting and consolidation, and strategic projects supporting the enterprise as well as operational business units and central functions. This role provides an opportunity to sharpen financial acumen, deepen understanding of the healthcare industry, and build relationships across all levels of the organization. The ideal candidate is energized by the opportunity to create, implement, and improve; proactively seeking to contribute in a meaningful way while communicating clearly and building strong internal relationships.
Essential Functions

  • Gather, summarize, and analyze detailed data using FP&A tools e.g. Smartview
  • Produce clear, well-formatted reports and provide ad hoc analytical support to teams throughout the company
  • Leverage understanding of financial statements to create logically structured financial models; use best practices for data handling and model creation
  • Collaborate to pressure test modeling assumptions and outputs
  • Communicate modeling, analyses, and findings in a clear, accurate, and compelling way
  • Perform all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting in close collaboration with leaders across functions
  • Communicate financial results and variance drivers to facilitate understanding and action planning
  • Use a hypothesis-based approach to identify, validate, and quantify risks and opportunities
  • Support the implementation of new tools and technology; leverage them to develop processes and improve how we do things
  • Play a central role in tracking enterprise governance processes


Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:

  • Healthcare experience
  • Undergraduate degree in Finance, Business, or similarly highly analytical field
  • 2 or more years of relevant financial analysis, modeling, or FP&A experience - preferably in a Finance or Strategy function
  • Advanced level of proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office product suite, and other technology tools
  • Ability to work in a growth environment and successfully adapt to change


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Value-based care experience and/or kidney care experience
  • Project management or process improvement experience
  • Hyperion Essbase and Oracle NetSuite experience


Annual Salary Range: $77,000.00 - $85,000.00
Strive Health offers competitive compensation and benefits. An annual performance bonus, determined by company and individual performance, is available for many roles and aligned to Strive Health guidelines.

Our office is in the heart of downtown Denver. We are a few blocks from the 16th Street Mall, which has lots of bars, restaurants and shops!
