Senior Revenue Accountant - (Remote-US)

DISQO, Inc. is seeking an ambitious and motivated Senior Revenue Accountant to join our growing Accounting and Finance team to help support our business growth. As an early member of the team, this position will play a critical role in building the foundation of our Accounting functions to enable accelerated growth and scalability.

This position reports to our Revenue Accounting Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all revenue accounting operations for the complete order to cash cycle including but not limited to revenue recognition, taxes and fees, payments, refunds, rebates, and collections
- Ensure all revenue activities are accurately entered into the accounting system in accordance with ASC 606
- Drive timely revenue accounting and reporting close cycles while ensuring completeness and accuracy of revenue data in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Work closely with our Sales and Customer Success teams along with the Revenue Accounting Manager to gain business insights and build accounting processes to support all existing and any new products or business expansion initiatives
- Support the implementation and execution of system requirements and ad-hoc revenue reporting requests
- Support Accounts Receivable Manager with all accounts receivable functions including, but not limited to setting up new clients, billing, collections, and responding to client inquiries
- Support the accounting and finance team in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting information
- Assist in establishing and implementing accounting systems, policies, and procedures as the company expands
- Support external audit and other due diligence requirements as needed
- Perform month-end procedures and various account reconciliations and analysis
- Proactively identify areas for possible improvement and recommend findings
- Assist in implementing, documenting, and maintaining an effective internal control environment to ensure accuracy of financials
- Provide support to the Accounting Managers, Controller, FP&A, and the extended team as needed
- Utilize accounting acumen and communication skills to facilitate information flow between other departments and the accounting team
- Support, participate in, or lead, new or ad-hoc projects and assignments as they arise
- Perform other accounting functions as assigned including, but not limited to recording, reconciling, and analyzing G/L account transactions
- Support other accounting team members with different areas of work as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting required
- CPA license preferred
- Minimum 4 years of relevant accounting experience preferably in a multinational, high-tech company. SaaS experience is a plus.
- International experience is a plus.
- Big 4 public accounting experience is a plus.
- Strong working knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) a must
- Working knowledge of ASC 606 is a must
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and NetSuite or similar accounting/ERP system a must
- Experience with multi-state sales and use tax and VAT is a plus
- Strong financial analysis and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, and rapidly growing environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work with little to no supervision and in a team environment
- Proven ability to work with a high volume of data, detail-oriented, proactive approach to problem-solving
