Zoom is currently seeking an experienced, high performing, results oriented individual to lead the Product & Engineering FP&A team. This person will be the primary Finance Business Partner to the leaders in the Product & Engineering organization. This is a high-visibility role that will be involved in supporting the leadership team in a variety of capacities, including stakeholder management, financial analysis, and strategic initiatives.  

Responsibilities: 

• Lead worldwide Product & Engineering Finance team; develop, attract, and retain outstanding talent

• Build deep business partner relationships across the organization, establishing trust and gaining an understanding of relevant business drivers 

• Drive the annual budgeting processes and monthly/quarterly forecasting activities in conjunction with Product & Engineering leadership and their teams; prepare and analyze plan variances based on actual performance

• Develop operational plans to drive alignment across the Product, R&D, and Infrastructure teams

• Develop financial models, track and analyze financial KPIs, uncover trends and assess business risks and opportunities to provide recommendations to senior leaders

• Generate content and insights in support of monthly Executive staff meetings, Board presentations, quarterly business reviews, and other high-level meetings

• Seek opportunities for operational improvement across the organization

Requirements:

• 12+ years of experience 

• Four year university degree (or higher) in accounting, finance or other relevant disciplines; MBA preferred

• Industry experience in Enterprise Software, IaaS, or SaaS businesses

• Previous R&D and Infrastructure FP&A experience, preferred

• Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to provide solutions to open-ended problems 

• Advanced proficiency in financial analysis and financial modeling

• Prior experience working in a fast paced and rapidly-changing environment

• Skilled at building relationships and influencing at all levels of management and across functions

• Strong and persuasive communicator, with ability to partner at the most senior levels of the organization and experience presenting at senior levels

• Past experience working in a dynamic, high-growth company where adaptability is imperative

• Prior experience managing and scaling worldwide teams
