We are growing again and we need a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team! 

A2Z Sync is a disruptor in the automotive industry - transforming the sales process into a transparent experience for customers and providing the tools necessary for dealers to transition to a single point of contact. 

Duties and Responsibilities

• Support Department Leaders in preparation of annual operating plan as well as monthly and quarterly forecasting.

• Preparation of Management and Board reporting including budget vs. actuals.

• Establishment and maintenance of Key Operating Metrics as the Business continues to scale.

• Build driver-based models through identification of key inputs to project financial results.  Articulate key drivers to Department Leaders.

• Work inter-departmentally to provide quantitative and qualitative analysis in an effort to articulate the risk and opportunities of the business.

• Provide leadership with insights to manage headcount, hiring, and expenses.

• Streamline systems and processes to drive efficiencies and automation within the financial reporting lifecycle.

• Ad-hoc analyses as needed to support strategic business initiatives.  Act as insightful Business Partner to guide decision making.

Skills and Experience

Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; MBA is a plus.

• 6+ years of professional experience, with, ideally, 4+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Investment Banking.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and complex financial modeling.

• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in budgeting and forecasting in SaaS business models.

• Proficiency with accounting and corporate finance including subscription billing, revenue recognition, and free cash flow.

• Passionate about efficiency and scale with a focus on process and financial system improvements.  

• Self-starter capable of working in fast-paced environments.

• Outstanding presentation and communication skills.

Salary Range:  $85,000 - $110,000
