This is a unique opportunity for an investment advisory professional to contribute in the booming growth of our Client Success Team. The SVP - Client Success Advisor role is a sales role focused on adding funds from our existing client base while collaborating heavily with members of our advisory service team.

Interested candidates should have the following qualifications:

  • Strong advisory background with proven sales success.
  • Strong communication skills – collaborating internally with members of the advisory team and externally with existing clients.
  • Either a demonstrated understanding of our service model or a strong willingness to learn.

The role entails, but is not limited to:

  • Large volume outreach to existing clients - conducting external portfolio reviews (individually and with other members of our advisory team), promoting new and existing services and following up on virtual evens.
  • Heavy collaboration with our operations and service teams.
  • Proactive analysis of outside assets to discuss/present additions opportunities.
  • Providing frequent and detailed feedback to all members of the management team.

The salary range below describes the minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
