We are looking for an experienced CPA Certified Senior Accountant to oversee general accounting operations by controlling and verifying our financial transactions.

The ideal candidate will have substantial exposure to monthly closing processes, forecasting and budgeting, and customer billing. They will be organized and approach each issue with an analytical mindset. 

Full Cycle Accounting Responsibilities:

• Perform accounts receivable and accounts payable functions
• Record and analyze payroll and employee expense reimbursements
• Billing for consulting services
• Responsible for month-end close and journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
• Preparation of Workpapers
• Perform G/L review and analysis
• Compilation of monthly financial package
• Ensure business transactions are reported in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles
• Assist with the annual audit process including the draft of the financial statements and related notes
• Ability to take leadership within the departmens

Qualifications:

• CPA certified preferred
• Small business experience a plus
• Private equity reporting experience a plus
• 5+ years' of professional accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience
• Hands-on experience with accounting software packages, like QuickBooks, Financial Force, NetSuite, etc.
