Better requires process discipline and simplification

We’ll be looking for you to join our highly skilled accounting team. You’ll collaborate as part of a team in preparing income and balance sheet journal entries, reconciling balance sheet accounts, and analyzing complex financial reports and data to make recommendations relative to accounting reserves, assets, and expenditures. You will review and verify the accuracy of journal entries and accounting records. You'll function as an accounting advisor to various business partners, participate in accounting projects, and support department in other necessary functions or tasks as needed.

For such a detail-oriented role, you will have 5+ years of accounting experience and be familiar with the accounting principles of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. This is a team environment, and the ability to work with others and communicate effectively is needed. You will be familiar with Excel and other Microsoft products, along with experience using Oracle Accounting software is a plus but not required.

The annual gross base salary range is $54,875.80- $87,800.02 USD Annual. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
