Inspirato is a downtown Denver-based Company growing rapidly and seeking a Sales Support Specialist to be an integral part of the Revenue Operations Team. This role will have a wide variety of responsibilities that require cross-functional collaboration and operational aptitude. This team player will assist the Revenue Operations Team with developing and executing a multitude of processes using various systems, reporting and technology. The best candidate will work well independently and with a team; is proactive, motivated and a highly organized contributor with a devotion to problem solving. A strong work ethic, great attitude, and commitment to diving into our fast-paced environment is a must. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Accounting Operations, this person will support our operational needs and ability to scale effectively.

 

Responsibilities

  • Play a diverse role in collaborating with partners; develop and deliver streamlined processes, support operationalization of initiatives and innovations.
  • Work closely with Accounting to gain deep understanding of products and services to drive consistent approach across the organization in SaaS product contracting and revenue recognition.
  • Supply operational information and recommendations to internal stakeholders; implement process, evaluate quality and data integrity standards; resolve account problems; complete audits; and identify trends as it relates to sales practices and process improvements.
  • Work closely across business units to oversee and uphold process adoption, implementation and improvement while monitoring for internal adherence to business and financial policy.
  • Serve as a liaison across multiple business units developing and delivering daily operating controls; including standard procedure documentation and process governance.
  • Partner with Sales, Care and Technology in new membership setup and enrollment reconciliation.
  • Become an expert on Inspirato Membership products and troubleshoot various system-related issues impacting prospect and Member enrollment processes.
  • Lead various self-developed and assigned projects to continuously find ways to support business processes and build efficiency within.
  • Provide excellent internal customer service while guiding internal teams on best practices and process adoption; demonstrate a high degree of professionalism in all functions and communication.

 

Required Skills

 

  • Software Expertise – Ability to efficiently use technology; experience with Zuora and Salesforce is a plus.
  • Problem Solving – Must be able to solve problems in a timely manner; gather and analyze information skillfully and efficiently; and work well in group problem solving situations.
  • Communication Skills – Must be able to communicate effectively and in a concise manner, both verbally and in writing.
  • Project Management – Must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring that all components of each task are properly presented, managed and reported.
  • Process Development – Ability to develop new operational workflows and improve on existing ones; provide continual training to multiple business functions.
  • Adaptability – Adapt to changes in the work environment; manages competing demands; changes approach or method to best fit the situation; able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events, appreciates opportunity to adjust and adapt with growing business.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field
  • 2-3 years of experience working successfully in a business environment
  • Knowledge of SaaS contracting terms and principles a plus
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills, able to multi-task, prioritize and consistently meet deadlines under pressure
  • Problem-solver who gathers and analyzes information skillfully and efficiently; excellent team player and collaborator
  • Must be able to partner with the business as part of a cross functional team and adhere to strict deadlines in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
  • Ability to be resourceful, make decisions and work independently to efficiently solve business needs
  • Strong analytical, verbal/written communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • TypeS (startup) personality; smart, ethical, nice, curious, hard-working, and proactive
