The Revenue Operations Analyst is responsible for optimizing the Process, Tools, Data, Enablement, Planning and Execution across the GTM engine, specifically driving alignment and efficiency from Marketing to Sales to Customer Success across the customer lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Process:
    • Improve processes around lead handoff and follow up, sales cycle, full-funnel nurture, etc.
    • Support QBP planning, prep, and data presentation
    • Partner with finance to ensure alignment and communication of one set of numbers
    • Own territory management process from lead routing, territory optimization, and BDR & AE account assignment
    • Improve processes around lead handoff and follow up, sales cycle, full-funnel nurture, etc.
    • Own sales compensation review and administration
  • Tools:
    • Support the data integrity process in SFDC and across the tech stack through partnership with key revenue leaders, Marketing, BDRs, AEs, & CSMs
    • Member of the business systems council developing recommendations for the tech stack based on future capacity plans
    • Maintain and improve consistent set of dashboards across revenue team
  • Data:
    • Establish a system of record of reports and dashboards across the tech stack
    • Develop a lead to closed won cohort reporting model and process
    • Partner in optimizing the latest performance metrics for marketing, BDR, AE, and CS
    • Support in updating account scoring model and Customer And Prospect Database (CAPdb) scoring model
  • Enablement:
    • Leverage data to identify hotspots across the revenue team to determine areas for potential enablement
    • Create dashboards to track progress of onboarding/ramping AEs and BDRs
    • Track quarterly enablement initiatives to determine the success of enablement
  • Planning:
    • Optimize territory planning and account assignment process for new BDRs & AEs
    • Develop and optimize v2 of in demand generation and sales forecasting meetings, processes, and data
    • Support in capacity planning to determine when, what, and where investments need to be made
    • Assist in Board reporting, quarterly/annual revenue planning, and campaign and project forecasting
  • Execution:
    • Assist revenue operating cadence by providing consistent scalable data and dashboarding to key stakeholders
    • Develop set of leading indicators KPIs for key stakeholders

Required Skills and Experience: 

  • Extensive experience with Salesforce.com including reporting across multiple objects (SFDC certifications a plus)
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Strong business acumen and project management skills, with a bias for data-informed decision-making
  • Experience successfully working cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Product
  • Passion for helping your team develop, learn, and succeed
  • High EQ, interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to influence and motivate
  • An understanding of marketing, sales, and customer success platforms, systems, and tools
  • The ability to independently lead projects including: scope, prioritize, and execute initiatives
  • Values-based leader

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary and variable compensation ranges provided here are just that—a range! The offer that is ultimately extended is based on level of experience, skillset, certifications and education.

  • Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 base salary + variable compensation
    This position includes unlimited time off, comprehensive benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), monthly tech stipend, and company-paid sabbatical at five years of service.
