We are trusted consultants who bring alignment to stakeholders by adding clarity at every stage of the customer journey, from awareness to renewal, to stretch the limits of our revenue engine.

Who You Are: 

You are a vital component of the Revenue Operations’ Data team. Complex product offerings and multiple sales cycles don’t scare you one bit, you love turning complexities into simple and actionable takeaways. If you love turning data into actionable business insights, proactively identifying areas of opportunity, and collaborating directly with stakeholders to drive additional value at every point in the customer lifecycle, we should chat.

What You Will Do: You have a direct line to leaders across multiple departments, working closely with leadership to identify and produce the key data points that drive strategy for upcoming quarterly and yearly initiatives. You will deliver daily, weekly and monthly metrics to key stakeholders while also providing feedback on the trends you are seeing.  

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Design and generate dashboards, reports, and statistics that support better decision making and process improvement within the organization, including sales forecasting, win/loss analysis, pipeline generation, and coverage, etc.
  • Assist and drive system definition and requirements including collaboration with internal resources, Salesforce.com IT, and third-party developers
  • Provide timely recaps to Marketing teams on campaigns that drove Sales Opportunities and Closed Won activity
  • Work with end-users to provide best practices and tips on Salesforce usage including training, documentation, and support as necessary.
  • Establish and implement best practices with regard to system maintenance, configuration, development, and testing to support optimal data integrity. 

How You Will Succeed: 

  • Collaborate directly with leaders and stakeholders in the Sales departments to identify and produce key metrics needed to inform strategy. 
  • Show proactive initiative in monitoring the Sales pipeline and related metrics for all teams and providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders that measurably impact revenue.
  • Maintain ownership of pacing metrics for sales using Salesforce and related business intelligence tools
  • Maintain a sense of urgency in delivering identified metrics
  • Own the accuracy of key metrics in multiple systems by partnering with stakeholders across departments to identify and resolve data quality issues. 
  • Produce regular sales and success forecasts for month-end and quarter-end metrics.
  • Compile and reconcile weekly and monthly sales audits to align Sales reporting with company metrics

What We Are Looking For: 

  • 2+ years of experience in a SaaS analytics role working directly with stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or Business Analytics preferred
  • 2+ Years’ Salesforce reporting experience and working knowledge of underlying data, sales pipeline, etc. 
  • Working knowledge of SaaS methodologies driving MRR reporting and analytics
  • Ability to work independently
  • Desire to develop, implement, and own end - to - end processes used for revenue-generating activities to maintain data integrity used to drive analyses

Bonus Points:

  • Proficiency in one or more analytics languages like SQL/python/R etc.
  • Advanced development experience with business intelligence tools such as Looker
