Revenue Operations Analyst
Wowza is looking for a full-time Revenue Operations Analyst to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing Wowza's revenue generation analytics and insights and will be an important business partner to sales, marketing, finance and operations. The position will be crucial to maintaining a holistic view of bookings and revenue, which will involve both interpreting and driving quality improvements in the data/reporting from key systems including Salesforce, Hubspot, Zuora, and RevPro. Familiarity with these systems as well as SalesLoft and/or InsightSquared or Clari is a plus. Reporting to the Senior Director of FP&A, this role will work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success as primary analytical support and for Wowza's go-to-market operation.
Responsibilities:
Define and track meaningful KPIs with the Sales organization, which focus on performance drivers and support achievement of budget targets
Identify areas for better performance and / or operating efficiencies; proposes solutions for these improvements and helps drive adoption
Develop and maintain a set of reports/dashboards which provide regular, consistent stakeholder visibility to KPI performance
Provide insight into current bookings and pipeline reporting/trends, adding value to existing reporting
Maintain an evolving set of data points, metrics, and analyses which can be leveraged to quickly respond to ad-hoc requests
Improve the accuracy of bookings & revenue forecasts
Push insights on deal volume, size, upsell, cross sell and rep level performance to Sales and Customer Success leadership
Drive enhancements in Salesforce.com and other key systems and have the ability to analyze customer data across internal systems
Administer the sales commission program
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree; Finance, Accounting, Management Operations or Data Science Preferred
4+ years experience in a similar or related role
Analytical, driven, high energy and thrives in a fast-paced environment
Intellectually curious
Highly technologically proficient, organized, detail oriented
Strong communication skills
B2B SaaS experience with recurring revenue model
Background in revenue operations, sales operations, or business operations
Experience analyzing data and translating it into consumable information which allows management to make informed decisions
Prior success in designing processes to maximize timely insightful information
Proficient with Salesforce.com, MS Excel, MS Access essential; proficiency with Hubspot, Zuora, RevPro, InsightSquared, Clari, SalesLoft or comparable tools a plus
Tableau, MS PowerBI, or similar analytic/visualization tools a plus
Strong analytical, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Professional demeanor, attention to detail, and sense of urgency
Compensation and Benefits
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000

The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of our salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. The salary is one component of our total compensation package for employees.
