Payroll Manager, North America – Denver, Colorado, United States

Better requires process discipline and simplification

We’ll be looking to you to lead a team that actively manages and processes the different payroll procedures. You’ll provide leadership development to team members and create an engaging work environment that encourages open communication and teamwork. You’ll make a difference by reviewing current payroll processes and procedures to recommend and implement changes leading to best practices. This role will be responsible for managing the payroll processes across North America, notably, the United States and Canada.

 

For such a pivotal role, you’ll have 6-8 years of payroll experience with 2 years of leadership experience and 2 years of experience processing payroll in the United States and Canada. You will have demonstrated experience using Workday, Excel and ADP. As well as experience with auditing and multi-state and multi-province and territory tax. You will have the ability be agile and continue to effective among change.

Annual base salary gross: 81,204.01 - 112,123.77 - 143,043.53

The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. The base salary is one component of Western Union’s total compensation package for employees.
