You have excellent communication, organizational, time management and analytical skills. You have a positive, “can do” attitude, who is ready to jump in and make things happen. You excel in a fast-paced environment and exceed goals. When something isn’t working, you shift gears quickly, and come up with a new approach and renewed energy to tackle any challenge. You have a strong inclination of building standard, simple and fully automated processes. Based in Denver, CO, this position will be part of the Accounting function.

Responsibilities:

  • Support payroll processing utilizing OSV and workday
  • Collaborate with Human Resources, Benefits, Legal, and Equity in the administration of payroll
  • Enter all payroll-related modifications including wage and tax adjustments, ESPP, Equity and other benefits, 401(k) deductions, garnishments, etc
  • Interact with external vendors to ensure that data is processed accurately and timely
  • Process inbound/outbound interfaces with third-party vendors
  • Audit employee compensation details
  • Format payroll upload files
  • Data entry of employee information
  • Provide customer service to employees on payroll and benefit related inquiries
  • Oversee and support equity programs in the processing of payroll
  • Assist on various ad hoc projects, including communications and follow up with employees
  • Lead and assist with other special projects, as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years Payroll experience
  • Experience with OSV, Workday, Equity Edge, or similar applications, a must
  • Experience on complex payroll related issues including equity programs, tax withholding, employee mobility, federal, state and local statutory requirements, and non-exempt employee pay
  • Experience working with or in support of diverse communities
  • Computer experience with MS Office, including Excel with the experience creating pivot tables, VLOOKUP and capable of handling volume of data
  • Analytical and problem-solving experience
  • Experience finding the root cause of the issues and improve processes
