KPA is seeking a motivated team member for the role of Manager, Revenue Operations. The Manager, Revenue Operations will be a critical conduit linking together Sales, Marketing and Customer Success to ensure efficiencies, specifically leaning in on our tools and systems (Salesforce). You will serve as a trusted advisor to sales managers and work cross-functionally to drive success within KPA. The Manager, Revenue Operations will report to the Director, Revenue Operations and will be a people leader as well as process owner.
What you will be working on:
- Manage the Revenue Operations team (aka Deal Desk team) and identify gaps and bottlenecks in current processes
- Overhaul current team processes and ensure the trackability of work for the team as well as ensuring all best practices and procedures are document and clearly communicated
- Partner with Business Applications team to ensure Salesforce and ancillary systems are designed and enhanced to support the business’ needs and aligns to best practice processes
- Identify gaps and bottlenecks in day-to-day works for all go-to-market teams and determine the best way to fill those gaps
- Partner with Sales Training team to deliver training on new processes – especially when they related to system changes
- Continuously improving upon our revenue process design, technology stack and corresponding system configurations to be best in class
Required Skills and Responsibilities:
- 3+ years’ experience working in a Sales or Revenue Operations function
- 3+ years’ experience working with Salesforce
- Ability to partner with cross-functional teams and become a trusted partner
- Strong analytical perspective and understanding of data models and architecture
- Ability to take complex problems and create processes and procedures that are digestible to others
- Detail-oriented and able to prioritize multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Self-starter, reliable team player, ability to work autonomously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Compensation:
- Annual salary range of $75-88k
- Bonus potential of 15% annually
KPA Office/Event Attendance and COVID-19 Vaccination Policy
Daily office attendance is currently optional for all employees. Each office will be open for those seeking the opportunity to return to the office. Team meetings and events will be held in both KPA Offices and outside of KPA Offices where employee attendance will be expected.
For all KPA office sites, events and meetings, any employee attending, even temporarily, must be fully vaccinated with at least fourteen (14) days following their final vaccine. The final vaccine is defined as a second dose for Pfizer or Moderna, or the first dose of Johnson and Johnson.
