Position: Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis
What you’ll be doing:
As Manager of FP&A you will serve as a key interface between Finance and the rest of the business. You will drive critical analysis throughout the organization and have visibility into board-level strategic decisions. This position will report into the CFO and play a key role on the Finance and Accounting team. You will manage the semi-annual planning process, update forecasting on a monthly basis, work with departments on budgets, and drive an ROI mindset into all we do throughout the Company. You will also be responsible for building out decks for the executive and Board meetings, and driving deep into the metrics that help the business make the best decisions on a timely basis. You will also be critical in helping to analyze new go to market ideas.

Your skills and qualifications:
- Experience performing financial modeling.
- Minimum of five years of experience required in the areas of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Demonstrated leadership experience and a progression track of taking on roles of increased responsibility.
- Ability to independently extract key financial information from systems and prepare insightful financial reports and analyses with minimal supervision.
- Extensive Excel and PowerPoint Knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work and communicate effectively with senior management and board members.
- BS degree in Accounting or Finance or previous work history in Finance or Accounting.
- Experience working for a SaaS company or startup is preferred.
This position is based in our Corporate Office in Downtown Boulder.
