About the Role
We are looking for a Manager of Business Administration to help us bring AI to supply chains in the world’s largest companies. To support our mission, the successful candidate will be comfortable overseeing and analyzing financials operations, owning the entire account payable and accounts receivable processes. We are a culture-first organization, and work relentlessly to maintain the culture that we’ve built. We will also expect you to contribute problem solving ideas to support the overall company growth strategy.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for full-cycle account payable
- Responsible for full-cycle account receivable
- Direct interaction with our customers and vendors
- Ownership of our current policies and procedures in the accounting organization
- Involvement in state and local tax compliance and reporting requirements
- Weekly and ad hoc reporting request by management
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement
- Other various responsibilities assigned by the leadership team

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2+ years’ experience in public or private sector accounting
- Public/industry experience mix is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting required, CPA preferred
- Experience with private equity portfolio companies is a plus
- Working knowledge of relevant tax fundamentals
- Strong communication and organizational skills required
