You will function as an independent party to assess the effectiveness of the organization’s risk management, governance, and internal controls processes. Develop, maintain, and execute the audit plan, including managing the testing process, recommending, and monitoring remediation plans, and creating summary reports for executive management and the Audit Committee, while ensuring team resources are managed accordingly. Participate in and drive the annual risk assessment, preparing the annual Platform audit plan and budget. Lead audit projects across the Platform organization (i.e., Cybersecurity, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), Strategic Projects, Risk and Controls). Provide insights into business transformation. Offer leadership within Internal Audit and assist in development of the strategic direction and vision. Work with management to set the appropriate timeline for adoption or implementation of business process improvements and waste reduction. Participate on boards, steering committees and projects to ensure appropriate risk and control considerations are escalated.

For such a critical role, you will have 8+ years in audit or control function of a multi-national company. 3+ years of progressively senior level management. Experience working with international countries and within financial services/banking sector. Big 4 audit / technology and business consulting preferred Technology / Regulatory / Financial / Operational background to effectively understand complex interdependencies and business impacting risks. Proven ability to communicate complex issues to Senior Management. Demonstrated ability to be a company-wide change-agent that influences strategic actions and mindset change. History of development of people to continue to grow and increase proficiency in their roles. Professional certifications preferred: CPA, CISA, CISSP, CIPT, CRISC. Previous experience of lean and agile working methodologies is also desirable.

The on-target earnings range is $161,616. - $ 215,488. which includes a base salary of $ 115,449- $153,920 short-term (20% of base), and long-term (20% of base) incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies.
