Alteryx is searching for a Financial Systems Analyst (NetSuite) in our Irvine, CA office or a Remote location, Mountain or Pacific time zone preferred.

Overview:
Financial Systems Analyst (NetSuite) will play a critical role in supporting our ERP system, NetSuite, and work closely with representatives from various departments within the organization. We are looking for a seasoned professional (not new to systems or to NetSuite). Experience with Professional Services Automation (PSA) applications is a plus.
This position is ideal for people who are:

Responsibilities:

  • Initiate, drive, and complete projects under minimum supervision
  • Work with internal and external resources to develop solutions that meet business requirements
  • Assist users in developing/refining their processes around the supported systems
  • Conduct unit testing and coordinate user acceptance testing for projects
  • Communicate with other departments about common frustrations and issues that affect their work
  • Perform administrator tasks for NetSuite and other systems
  • Collaborate with other administrators by performing technical and administrative tasks
  • Be part of the user support team to handle incoming requests
  • Ensure SOX compliance by properly documenting system changes and permission changes
  • Ensure system compliance with Company policies, procedures and protocols for system standards, customizations and changes
  • Other duties as assigned


Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Computer Science or Accounting, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in NetSuite either as administrator or system analyst.
  • System Savvy - ability to find your way around the system NATURALLY.
  • Good people skills and positive attitude
  • Commitment to complete projects on time
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work creatively in problem solving environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


Valued Skills:

  • Professional Services Automation (PSA) experience
  • Software industry experience
  • SuiteFlow workflow experience
  • Understanding of SuiteScript or JavaScript
  • Experience working in Agile environment
  • SQL, Excel, and Visio
  • NetSuite certification is a plus
  • Previous experience working in a SOX environment is a plus

Compensation:
Alteryx is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role in Irvine, CA is $ 86,200 - $146,200. Compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. This role is eligible for variable compensation including bonus and stock grants.
